
In Rosie's classes you are guided to work meditatively, listening closely to your own body and breath. Discover your inner resources to develop postures as you learn to isolate parts of your body andwith small movements make big shifts. All of this happens without grasping but by listening and allowing. Rosie's teaching focuses on using the breath to deepen and extend the body, mind and spirit.

Currently offering Hatha yoga classes online (and in person when permitted) to help maintain our mental and physical wellbeing. All welcome, no experience needed. A mindful practice focusing on thebreath and bringing awareness to our body to move gently into stretches as well as building strength and improving movement.
