Yoga is an age old practice that benefits the human body on many levels. The speed and business of life today means it is ever more important to find a healthy way to release stress and relax the mindand body. Yoga is an excellent choice for everyone, as it has far reaching benefits for all. Adults, Young people, Children, Pregnant and Postnatal women can all benefit from yoga.
My career has been pretty varied: teaching maths in secondary schools, being a class teacher in a middle school, teaching English as a Foreign Language to adults and working with home-educatedchildren within a small school project (an amazing experience). And of course, teaching yoga (since 2002). Now I am lucky enough to teach yoga in a beautiful studio at the bottom of my garden in Chichester.
