About the Business

Yin Yoga is a slow and quiet floor based practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body; increasing strength and flexibility, while reducing stiffness. As we come to stillness we connect to our bodies and learn to let go of what no longer serves us. A medatative practice that relaxes mind and body, helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Suitable for all levels and those with Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia. Offering a weekly class online and in person. Available for 1 to 1 and private group sessions.
