
My name is Kerry Sarhanis. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher. I am fully insured. The BWY is the governing body for Yoga in England and a member of the sports council. I have alsoundertaken further training for teaching yoga, breathing practices and a deep relaxation practice called yoga nidra to people with cancer and other life changing illnesses. I have been practicing yoga for fifteen years. I have been teaching for the last ten years. I teach four classes a week at present.

Yummy Yoga Classes are specially designed yoga classes for mums-to-be and new mums and their babies. Practice of Yoga in Pregnancy brings about better physical health, calmer mind, deeper body & mindawareness, Joy and Relaxation. Ananti Shah, is a mother of two and passionate about yoga.

I teach Hatha and Yin yoga with emphasis on breathing, self healing, relaxation and general wellbeing. I have been teaching since 2008. When I teach, I tell a story, nearly always having a themethroughout. At the beginning, we relax and limber up; in the middle is the core practice and the end is feeling the effect by breathing, meditating, relaxing and imaginative visualisations. I welcome all levels.
