Zest For Yoga

After following different paths over the years, I attended my first yoga class in 1995 realising immediately that I found my home. Ever since I am studying yoga and meditation intensively. During my time at AUM Hari, I got introduced to Ayurveda by Shri Balaji Tambe, who is my spiritual master since 1998. Shri Balaji Tambe is the founder of the Atmasantulana Village, one of India's biggest Ayurveda Centers. In order to deepen my studies in meditation and ayurveda, I attend seminars and workshops on a regular basis and spend, if possible, one month most years at his centre in India.

In 2006 I completed a course as an Ayurvedic full body massage therapist at the Atmasantulana Village. 2 years later I completed an additional training for massage during pregnancy. I am a fully insured member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA). Since 2008 I am actively supporting the London Region Committee of the BWY with it's wonderful members.
