This yoga centre - 5330 sq ft of yoga, holistic therapies, and chillout space, is the original vision of Leon Deith, who has really opened himself up to the energy of the Universe. He is co-creatingthe space and vision with fellow directors Veena and Dhanashri. Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre offers a good mix of yoga, tai chi, some pilates and dance. There will also be an eclectic mix of holistic therapies. The first aim is to serve the local community, but the vision doesn't stop there.

My name is Irina (Ira) Shtern. I'm a mother of two amazing kids. I am also a Yoga Alliance accredited instructor based in Sutton. I teach private and open classes mainly around Sutton, Cheam, Belmont,Carshalton and Banstead. I have also been delivering an EPP (Expert Patients Programme) course at NHS Kingston Primary Care Trust for people who have different chronic health conditions. It was during my time studying economics and MBA that I started practicing yoga.
