We spend a long weekend on a beautiful narrow boat in the heart of the countryside with yoga, home cooked vegetarian meals, optional led meditation sessions and plenty of different kinds of tea! Kay is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, her balanced approach to teaching Yoga has evolved froma thorough understanding of practice and principles of yoga further supported by 20 years experience of teaching holistic massage therapies and management of sports injuries. The Birmingham Yoga Studio, located within the Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley, offers Iyengar yoga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners. Most of the classes are taught byPrabhakara, a Senior Level 1 teacher who has been practicing yoga since 1988 and teaching since 1999. As well as regular weekly classes the Studio offers a programme of weekend workshops and other events. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and ability.
