Birmingham Yoga Studio

The Birmingham Yoga Studio, located within the Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley, offers Iyengar yoga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners. Most of the classes are taught by Prabhakara, a Senior Level 1 teacher who has been practicing yoga since 1988 and teaching since 1999. As well as regular weekly classes the Studio offers a programme of weekend workshops and other events.

Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and ability. However if you have any medical conditions please contact us in advance so we can advise you accordingly. Yoga equipment, such as mats, belts, blocks, books and CDs, is also available for sale at the yoga studio.
