About the Business

Many of us are finding our lives are becoming ever more complicated, filled with so much of the hustle and bustle of everyday life that we are craving an experience of Peace.

My Yoga classes aim to bring you back to basics, to detoxify your life through re-connecting with your body and it's wisdom. Regular Yoga practice helps us re-connect with our deeper nature, so we gain a clearer perspective, understand what is important, what we want and don't want in our lives.

Spring is the time for re-assessing our values, starting new projects and having a good old clear out. It's a good time to drop activities that don't serve us well and look for opportunities to express our creative side. Yoga practice in the Spring helps us clear out old patterns that no longer serve us well and embrace the new emerging aspects of ourselves. Give yourself the space to nurture fresh ideas and give birth to new situations - in your inner world and in your outer circumstances.
