I am a mother of three and having worked with children and young people for many years I know from experience children are effected as much as adults in life's problems from bereavement, family breakups, and abuses. Adults can struggle with these problems but children more so due to their lack the life experience to emotional maturity to know how to cope. This can lead to children suffering from stress, anxiety, depression or go withdrawn or explode with a anger outbursts.

The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj which can be translated into English as "to unite, to join or to connect". The unity comes when the mind and body work as one. The word Hatha is composedof "sun" (ha) and "moon" (tha) and conveys a feeling of a balance of complimentary influences. Thank you for visiting my website, please take a look at some of the other pages and join me on the mat in a Yoga class.
