I was first introduced to Yoga in 2007 with the idea that it was purely a form of exercise, but it had an instant positive impact on my life. I was taught different styles by various teachers whilsttravelling, and grew more intrigued by the whole experience. I decided in 2010 it was time to take a Hatha teacher's training with Swara Yoga School in Thailand. My continuing fascination with Yoga led me to Yasodhara Ashram and study centre, Canada, where I spent several months studying.
Yoga has helped me so much in my life and I wanted to learn more so I embarked on my journey to Bali where I graduated from a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Programme. I had some fantastic teachers whotruly embodied all aspects of yoga and lived their lives true to ancient teachings. Thus, I have been so inspired to help others the way they helped me that I created You Me Yoga. A place where we can learn together and express ourselves on the mat from Vinyasa and Hatha style asana's to mindfulness and meditation through Savasana.
