About the Business
A small, dedicated Yoga space offering a peaceful environment in the heart of Fareham. Opened by Rachael in July 2014 to bring a range of Yoga and relaxation classes, as well as monthly workshops welcoming guest teachers. The studio is available for hire and we are currently looking for Yoga Teachers offering: Kundalini, Ashtanga, Partner Yoga, Jivamukti, Iyengar. Along with Relaxation Teachers offering: Sound Therapy workshops, Tai Chi, Meditation. If you are interested in hiring the studio please get in contact. The studio is a shoe free zone and we ask that you please respect this. With up to 11 mat spaces available the studio opens 10 minutes before a class starts and doors close at the start of class so the classes are not interrupted. If you are new to the studio you will be required to complete a health questionnaire so please allow enough time to do this before the class starts.
