I'm based in Staverton, Wiltshire and firmly believe a little bit of everything balances you out - red wine, steaks covered in stilton, loud music and Yoga with my children make me one happy Yogi. Iaim to make my classes accessible to everyone so all levels are welcome; my approach to Yoga is relaxed and fun.
I have practised yoga for over 20 years, and trained as a Sivananda Yoga teacher in 2002. After teaching general classes for some time, I was diagnosed with MS in 2007. My interest then grew inpractising and teaching yoga more gently. I trained to teach yoga to people with MS in 2010, and taught at the MS Therapy Centre in Warminster. I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist, having done my training with the Devon School of Yoga.

I love to present and contribute to radio shows too.My main interest at the moment is how we avoid and deconstruct the brutalisation of boys through empowering girls and women. I see yoga as so much more than postures. I see mindful yoga as a lifestyle, a way of empowering and enriching our lives on every level.
