About the Business

I went to my first yoga class in 1991, and from the very first moment it became my passion and a beautiful sanctuary.

After a few years of dedicated practice, my teacher encouraged me to embark on a foundation of yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga. This was followed by a three year teaching diploma with the BWY, and then an intensive Yoga Siromani teaching qualification with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.

My practice and training, along with many sojourns to India, have given me a very broad and varied experience of yoga. Having immersed myself in many styles and teachings of this ancient science, I have learned that they all have so much to give, and we all have so much to benefit from them.
