About the Business
Poole Yoga Centre is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Approved Centre with a wide range of classes to suit all levels and interests. Workshops and new classes are being added all the time, please check back to find out what's new. We also have a Facebook Page - please follow us for up to date information. We offer classes and courses in different styles and for all levels from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners in yoga, pranayama (breathing practices), mindfulness and meditation and pregnancy yoga.
The room is available to let for all bare foot type forms of mind and body study at reasonable rates; there are kitchen and toilet facilities.
