Each class focuses on developing healthy body mechanics and alignment, awareness and flow of breath, movement and energy to help open, balance and strengthen the body and mind. Deep but gentle andsustained asana practice along with occasional partner work and relaxation are also included to help release held tension from within.
Our classes are designed to be suitable for all levels of ability and are structured in such a way that anyone who steps onto the mat can learn and benefit from the practice. We teach from the heart,drawing from our own experiences of yoga; both as students and as teachers. We offer regular weekly yoga classes in Greenwich and the surrounding areas. Our timetable includes a range of open level Dynamic Flow classes and specialist Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga classes.

Iwona belonged to a traditional Polish folk song and dance group Karolinka for 16 years whilst developing her career within the fashion industry. She eventually decided to go travelling to Asia tolearn about different cultures. She stayed in an ashram in India in 1995, where she tried her first class of yoga. Having tried various forms of yoga she eventually settled with ashtanga and dynamic, qualifying as a yoga teacher at Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa, India in 2009.
