I have practiced Hatha Yoga since 2005 and completed the British Wheel of Yoga Teachers Diploma Course. I have been teaching since 2011 and qualified in 2012. I have a gentle style, encouragingstudents to move within and beyond their limitations. The class styles include Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. My main interests which are reflected in the yoga sessions are posture practice, breath work, correct alignment, encouraging a sense of health and well being, and of course, relaxation.
