About the Business

When I discovered Dru yoga I instantly loved the way I could feel calm, centred and energised just through practicing some simple moves, and the pre conceptions I previously held about yoga were quickly forgotten. Shortly afterwards I enrolled on the teacher training course, initially so I could learn all the postures and sequences to perform at home. However, very soon I realised that Dru yoga was a powerful tool which could be used in my workplace to help colleagues and transform the negative culture that I was experiencing on a daily basis. Since becoming a full time yoga teacher I have realised that I want to share this gift with as many people as possible and can see huge potential benefits for children and schools, workers and businesses, emergency service workers and people from all walks of life.

I am a fully qualified Dru Yoga teacher having completed the 4 year certified teacher training course and have been CRB checked for the Bury area.
