About the Business
I'm a yoga teacher based in Newtownards (although willing to travel!) who offers several types of classes or one-to-one sessions. I run an armchair based yoga class for the elderly on a weekly basis in Bangor, and also provide classes for families/groups in their home or mine.
In addition I also provide one-to-one sessions, in your home, mine or even online, where I tailor the class to the specific needs of the student. I have a range of students, of all ages, from those who are just starting out and don't want to join a class yet; to those who have physical limitations and need more one-on-one or variations.
