Living Yoga London

Originally a trained dancer, Rhyanne has spent over 10 years looking at, and working with moving bodies. Teaching dance and therapeutic movement in the UK, Estonia, South Africa and Germany, Rhyanne continues to explore the relationship between body and mind, through Yoga. Rhyanne's classes are alignment-focused and hands on.

You will explore the anatomy of the body, the breath, yogic philosophy as well as gaining the physical/mental benefits that yoga brings us. Rhyanne holds a RYT 200 hour qualification with Yoga London and has undertaken pregnancy yoga training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
