About the Business

Claudia has been practicing Yoga since 2000 with a variety of teachers who specialised in Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. She completed her British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course in 2012/13 with Rick Calligaro in Nantwich, and went on to complete her 200 hour CYQ Level 3/Yoga Alliance Yoga teaching qualification with Anne-Marie Newland of Sun Power Yoga. A workshop with US Yoga Rebel Tara Stiles at the Om Yoga Show in London in 2012 inspired Claudia to become a yoga teacher, with the aim to make yoga accessible and enjoyable to everyone.

As well as teaching classes in Stafford and lunchtime classes at Staffordshire County Council, and also has other corporate and private clients. She writes for the leading national yoga magazine, Om Yoga, and works with Sun Power Yoga on promoting the teacher training and national yoga shows and exhibitions. Claudia is currently training to be a Performance Coach with The Coaching Academy.
