Iwona belonged to a traditional Polish folk song and dance group Karolinka for 16 years whilst developing her career within the fashion industry. She eventually decided to go travelling to Asia tolearn about different cultures. She stayed in an ashram in India in 1995, where she tried her first class of yoga. Having tried various forms of yoga she eventually settled with ashtanga and dynamic, qualifying as a yoga teacher at Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa, India in 2009.

Our centres offer extensive physiotherapy services, rehab, sports massage and diet and nutrition planning. We have dedicated Pilates equipment studios at each site and provide personal training andfitness assessments. The physiotherapy services in East Dulwich are complimented with a state of the art gym and fitness classes including yoga, indoor cycling and Tai Chi. Corporate assessments are available at our Harley Street site, which specialises in ergonomic and workstation reviews.

I trained with the Amrita School of Yoga Teacher Training, qualifying as a traditional Hatha Yoga teacher in 2008 and registered with the Independent Yoga Network. Since then I have been developing agentle and restorative approach to yoga, studying with with Susie Hately and Judith Lasater and assisting Judith in training other yoga teachers in restorative yoga. I am a registered Relax and Renew restorative teacher and a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher of yoga in prisons.
