Build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, feel energised. Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a relaxed, friendly environment with individual attention and support. Classes are small and suitable for students of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I can offer ways to modify and enhance your practice so you get the most out of every class. All classes are 75 or 90 minutes long and feature basic breathing (pranayama), posture work (asana) and finish with a guided relaxation.
