I would like to impart some of my enthusiasm and love of yoga and the yogic way of life. I feel that modern day society and the priorities we have can lead to tension, stress and inflexibility, both physical and mental. Yoga classes are available throughout Cheshire; in Cuddington, near Northwich and in Stockton Heath, Warrington. Personal tuition, workshops, yoga retreats, holidays, relaxation/ meditation, yoga therapy and corporate yoga, healthy living or stress management events can also be arranged. It is also possible to organize classes at your workplace or home.
