About the Business
The Yoga Life Studio has been created to offer a unique space for all to share and develop their Yoga practice. Our highly trained team offer a variety of eclectic classes throughout the day including traditional styles such as Yin & Hatha as well as our own bespoke and exclusive practices such as Hot Yoga Sculpt & Sunrise Salutations. Our studio is a truly unique experience combining light her spy, aromatherapy, detoxifying drinks & Hot Yoga.
These disciplines combine to provide increased core strength and flexibility along with longer, leaner muscles and weight loss resulting in a healthy mind and body.
