Time For Health

We wanted Time for Health to recognise and celebrates women's perspective on life, exercise and diet- although because of the clubs popularity we have opened all classes to men. Time for Health's classes are always kept to small numbers. This means that our teachers will know your name and be able to help you as the class progresses. All our colleague class leaders are highly trained and experienced.

During the day Time for Health run lounges where Mums or Dads and their children can come for unlimited coffee, fruit tea, iced water, iced fruit drinks and biscuits for £3.00. Time for Health offer one to one literacy and numeracy lessons for children from 6 to 11 years of age.
