About the Business

Maybe you've come across my website because you feel tension in your body, because your life is full and your mind is constantly on the go. You sit too much during the day so your back aches, your shoulders are up around your ears, and you feel stiff, tired and stressed by the end of the day. You know you need to do something about it. You know that your body is designed to move and if you don't move it, you'll lose a sense of ease in movement, comfort in your own skin and peace of mind.

I'm Stella, and I teach people living with physical discomfort or pain, and emotional/mental stress how to develop flexibility, balance and ease in their body and mind so they can cope with their busy lives and health challenges, be more present in their lives and relationships, and find focus and clarity so they can feel grounded and confident about their present life and the future.
