Public yoga classes are held on Tuesday's 7pm - 8pm in Old Basing and on Sunday's 9.30am - 10.30am in Lychpit.

I am passionate about meditation, NLP, yoga and alternative therapies as a way of combating the stress of modern life. Work/life balance is seriously out of kilter for most and through my experiences I believe in using alternative therapies to restore the balance.

I qualified as a holistic massage therapist and aromatherapist in 2003 with ITEC and VTCT. I enjoy using essential oils in my daily life - from creating the perfect ambiance in my home to using essential oils to heal.

I have completed my second year of Hatha yoga training with the Inner Yoga Trust. I currently have over 2 years of yoga teaching experience and 280 hours of yoga training, plus over 5 years of personal yoga practice. I teach 5 yoga classes a week and offer private yoga sessions on a 1:1 and up to 1:4 basis.

I am married with 2 girls and I believe in introducing children to yoga at an early and involve my children in my classes where I can. My elder daughter is a regular at my Sunday morning class and my younger daughter often helps me devise yoga-based stories and sequences for my young children's classes.

I currently run 4 businesses - you could say I'm multi-passionate. My other businesses are Bluebell Beads, Basing Beads and Marketing Harmony.
