My name is Verity Howard. I hold the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma and Birth Light Diploma's in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. On this website you will find details of my classes, something about hatha yoga, and a little bit about my own personal journey through yoga.
Yoga is suitable for absolutely everyone its combination of postures and breath awareness enables us to smooth away our tensions, increase our strength and flexibility, strengthen our bones and joints, increase our oxygen uptake and thus gives us more energy and vitality, something we all long for.
