About the Business

My career has been pretty varied: teaching maths in secondary schools, being a class teacher in a middle school, teaching English as a Foreign Language to adults and working with home-educated children within a small school project (an amazing experience). And of course, teaching yoga (since 2002).

Now I am lucky enough to teach yoga in a beautiful studio at the bottom of my garden in Chichester. Having the studio built was like a dream coming true: I had been doodling with designs for about six years before things came together enough for me to be able to build it. Now I give classes for up to eight students several times a week and I also give one-on-one lessons. I have taught many people with disabilities over the years, as well older people, pregnant women, teenagers and young children. I have learned to be adaptive! I continue to be amazed: whatever is going on for the individual, through yoga there is always healing on all levels.
