ॐ Joy Yoga

I attended my first yoga class over 15 years ago, during that first class I discovered the amazing power of the breath and its calming effect on mind and body. Through my continued practice of yoga over the years I have gained knowledge and understanding of the yogic philosophy which I apply to my everyday life.

I began teaching 5 years ago in Devon as I enjoyed being able to share the knowledge I was gaining with others. I completed my yoga teacher training in India with Rishikesh Yog Peeth, I have also completed further training for adults with physical and learning disabilities with the Special Yoga centre in London. I regularly attend new classes, workshops, training courses and retreats to further develop my own practice which I am then able to share when I teach. Now based in Stratford Upon Avon my yoga classes are suitable for all abilities.
