My yoga journey began when as a teenager, when I started dipping in and out of yoga classes and practice, and became serious 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I have studied under the guidance of Diane Sage, for the last 7 years, and still regularly attend her classes, workshops and retreats, where she explores each Asana with enormous depth and precision. I completed a British Wheel of Yoga 1 year foundation course with Louise Cashin, (yoga-yoga), and then continued my study with Swami Satvikananda, completing an intense two year internationally recognised FRYOG diploma, a registered school of the Yoga Alliance.
My yoga classes are fun, and have a sprinkle of all of my yoga influences; the precision of Iyengar, the power of Luma Zaki's hot yoga and the spiritual awareness that Satyananda yoga brings. All of my classes include Asansa, breathwork, relaxation and a small meditation, leaving your feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Come along and see for yourself.
