About the Business
There are details of Yoga Holidays I am running in 2015. In June and August I will be again teaching at the beautiful Spectrum Yoga Centre in Dalyan Turkey. I am now assisting in training the next generation of yoga teachers. I hold a level two diploma in Thai Yoga Massage, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I offer therapeutic massage which can be performed in my own home or in the home of the client.
Our intention is to promote yoga in the Durham area. The programme is organised to widen the group's understanding of yoga by introducing teachers from different yoga backgrounds.
