Harmony Body & Mind

My name is Jean Sullivan and I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 3 years. I enjoy spending time in the outdoors both in the garden and walking. I currently run classes in Stockton, Yarm and Wynyard. The very essence of Yoga is welcoming, the body releases and the mind becomes more relaxed - and most of us need a little more of both. Create some "me time" and come along to a yoga class - I'm sure you'll feel the benefit!
