About the Business
Yin Yoga Jersey is joining the surf world! Being a novice myself, or actually to be truthful being an alien to the water I am donning a wetsuit and taking the plunge! Come and join for a ladies only, sea confidence, fun session of learning to surf, accompanied by some gorgeous yin yoga and mindfulness meditation. Not to be missed.....bringing some beautiful energy your way on a Sunday morning!
Price is £20 if you sign to 8 sessions, or £25 for drop in. Contact Le Port Surf School for further details and for booking your place. It is important to booked your space prior as they need to have the correct number of instructors per student, sea safety comes first!
