Adult's Classes Every Tuesday at 6pm in Old Torry Community Centre, Aberdeen (during school term). Come to my healing room in Laurencekirk for a session specifically tailored to your needs. Includes reiki healing, deep relaxation and breathing techniques. Next YOGA WORKSHOPS are to be held in my yoga space at Laurencekirk. Lunch and drinks included in price (please let me know dietary requirements). Space is limited to 6 places so please pay Ј10 deposit asap (on workshops page of website) to secure your space. Complementary therapies are also offered before and after (booked in advance). Please let me know when you pay deposit whether you want to book reflexology, head and shoulder massage, or reiki session before or after the workshop. This is paid separately to Clare on the day. Costs are Ј10 for new clients and Ј15 if you have had a session with Clare previously.
