Just Yoga

My name is Kristina Middleton and have been practicing yoga for the over 10 years. What first started as a simple exercise, that I used to do now and again, grew to become a major part of my life. I have discovered that, as well as a fantastic way to keep happy and fit, yoga can help with various physical and mental health issues and I would love to share my knowledge and love for yoga with you! My adult classes are a mix of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa styles and I am passionate about making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities and making it an enjoyable and balancing experience. And when teaching kids - it's all about FUN! I have completed 200 hours Laxmi Yoga Teacher Training that qualified me to register with Yoga Alliance UK and REPs as a Yoga Teacher. I have also trained with Rainbow Kids Yoga and qualified as a Kids and Family Yoga Teacher. I am fully insured and hold a First Aid certificate.
