
About the Business
Previously an actor & singer, I had developed what I considered to be a strong physical awareness through my training and professional work. In addition to relaxation and breathing techniques, I had been practising yoga on and off for a few years. I was fitness training 5 times a week.
I starting practising relatively late. Fairly typical for a sporty chap, I was not particularly flexible, with stiff hips and tight hamstrings, and various injuries from sports and working activities, including carpal tunnel syndrome and a Morton's Neuroma (an inflamed nerve channel in the foot).
