I have been practising yoga since 1995. It all began in California, where I was working as a software consultant and living in San Francisco. My yoga teacher - Katie Shultz - was an Iyengar teacherand she inspired me to become a teacher myself. My meditation teacher, Eugene Cash, was also a truly inspiring teacher and my life transformed as I sat numerous retreats at Spirit Rock meditation centre in Marin County, California.
