About the Business
Hi, my name is Angela I am a registered yoga teacher running classes in Blackpool and the Fylde. I trained with Yogacampus one of the UK's top yoga teacher training courses. Their teacher training diploma is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level and with the Independent Yoga Network. Their training is non dogmatic and draws on a range of UK and international teachers from a variety of yoga traditions. I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and have been fortunate to have learnt from many wonderful teachers in different styles and traditions. I teach and practice an eclectic mix of yoga, drawing from my experience in Iyengar yoga, Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow. When I practice I'm influenced by teachers such as Mark Whitwell, Liz Lark and Rachel Brathan. When I teach I like to offer up a heart felt yoga class that supports the breath and has plenty of modifications, variety and mindful challenges.
