Today's children are tomorrow's future - we need to nurture our young ones so they grow into happy, healthy and chilled individuals - yoga is the perfect start! If you are looking for an activity without the pressures of performance, examination or *competition, for your child then YAYoga is the place. However, if your child does participate in competitive activities, yoga will help to enhance strength, flexibility and focus.
YAYoga CLASSES are available at DUFFUS HALL (please refer to what's on where and when page) and, in addition, visits to schools, play groups, home sessions or other group situations will be considered - please make contact to discuss price and requirements.
