About the Business
I teach classical hatha yoga asanas (postures) to help tone, strengthen and increase flexibility. Incorporating a flowing movement of forward bends, back bends, inversions and twists to help stretch the body, thereby massaging the internal organs, improving the immune system and balancing the central nervous system. We complete the class with a deep relaxation, essential to store and ground the energy created during the class leaving you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized!
