About the Business

I have been a bodyworker working internationally and nationally for 10 years and a yoga teacher for 5 years. I speciaise in muscular skeletal treatment and maintainance. Treating the problem in my opinion is not enough, clients need to be made aware of possible causes and also preventative measures. Although my treatments are listed seperately i tend to incorporate everything i have studied into all of my treatments. I firmly believe a good yoga practise would almost remove the need to see physios or osteopaths or even doctors, for musculo-skeletal issues.

I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with the yoga alliance uk. I trained in india with the sivananda yoga organisation, completing their teacher training and advanced teacher training, and recently completed ashtanga teacher training with union yoga. I have a daily meditation and yoga practise and hope that all i have learned along the way can be of benefit to others.
