Yolande Swift Yoga

I have practiced yoga for almost 20 years and have been teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga since 2005. I trained with a BWY Diploma Course Tutor, Gillian Gee, in Chesterfield and trained in 'Calm for Kids' children's Yoga and Relaxation with Christianne Kerr in London. I trained in pregrnancy yoga with Judy Cameron and Wendy Teasdill. I have attended numerous seminars and workshops including Yoga for back problems, Mental health, Yoga Nidra, meditation and visualisation, energy and chakras. I have a Degree in Psychology and Certificates in counselling, Health Promotion and First Aid, and before teaching yoga I worked in the field of mental health and learning disabilities for 10 years.
