About the Business

We are five female yoga teachers hailing from Hackney, East London, with a passion to bring accessible yoga to the people of our area. We met on our Frog Lotus International teacher training course and decided to join forces when we discovered that we all shared a drive to get ourselves out there into the community and start teaching what we had learnt. The Frog Lotus Yoga style of vinyasa flow yoga is dynamic alignment based, breath focused, adaptable for all levels and maybe most importantly, playful and fun!

Be prepared to sweat, flow, try some new moves (maybe even go upside down!) and build strength and flexibility. Hackney Yoga Collective brings together five different personalities and styles of interpreting the FLY training.
