If you have tried yoga before perhaps in a gym or a leisure centre, you may have thought that it was not for you and may have been overwhelmed to practice in a large overcrowded yoga class or unable to keep up with the pace of the class attended by more flexible or younger people.
Yoga is for everybody and you don’t need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga!
I have made it my priority to promote yoga at all levels and for all ages and created a course that will enable you to learn the basic yoga posture as well as some of the breathing techniques that are so important for managing stress in our daily lives. The sessions are designed as stepping stones for you to explore what you body can do – you might be amazed!
This 4 weeks course will lay the foundations of your practice. You will learn yoga from scratch with a small group of people also new to yoga, in a supportive and interactive environment, under the supervision of a highly trained yoga teacher.
