If you have tried yoga before perhaps in a gym or a leisure centre, you may have thought that it was not for you and may have been overwhelmed to practice in a large overcrowded yoga class or unable to keep up with the pace of the class attended by more flexible or younger people.
We all want to try something out before committing so, why not join a class for a taster?

Breathe was born in 2000 when top London yoga teachers Robin and Emma Catto could no longer keep up with the enormous demand for their private yoga teaching. They first met at a meditation class atuniversity and started practising yoga together in 1989.

I am a fully qualified Yoga Alliance Teacher and also qualified to teach Pregnancy Yoga. I have been teaching since 2005 and currently teach in Edgware, and East Finchley with LA Fitness. I havepracticed yoga on and off throughout my life but my love and need for yoga came when I had breast cancer. Yoga really helped my mind, body and soul to cope with everything the treatments and surgery could throw at me.

The treatments used are totally safe and are highly effective manual techniques and reflex movements. They consist of mobilization, manipulation of vertebrae and extremities, as well as the impact onsoft tissues ie. In our offer, you can also find relaxation and sport massage, kinesiotherapy and much, much more. To complement and strengthen the potency of those therapies, we recommend yoga classes, available in our clinic, which are conducted under the watchful eye of an experienced teacher.

The word "Yoga" is a Sanskrit term which means to join or unite. Yoga is practiced to bring about this union of individual consciousness with universal or divine consciousness. Yoga is a spiritualpractice with physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Through training the body, breath and mind, students can gradually attain higher levels of self knowledge as well as enjoying a healthy body and calm clear mind.

We are London's Premier Hot Yoga and Group Fitness Studio based in West London. As we are conveniently located opposite North Acton tube station, and easily accessible from the A40, we have membersfrom Ealing, Shepherd's Bush and Holland Park benefiting from our Hot Yoga and functional fitness classes in our multipurpose studio.

Why Yoga and not the gym? The ancient science of Yoga has a holistic viewpoint of exercise. It is a ‘work-in’ rather than a work-out because postures are practiced with awareness andmuscle tension is released. The mind is soothed, the body stretched and this gives the body a chance to turn on healing mechanisms. Movement and stretching the adult body alleviates degeneration. Relaxed focus on being present in your body alleviates stress.

We exist in order to serve as many special children as possible through the medium of Yoga. We consider all children special and know that no label can define or limit a child's potential for positivechange. Our courses will equip you to share Yoga across the age spectrum, both within the special needs community and mainstream populations. Our trainings are open to school teachers, pediatric professionals, parents, and trainee Yoga teachers.

Fierce Grace is a new yoga system, and a new brand. We led the UK in the Hot Yoga revolution, by bringing Bikram Yoga to London in 1994. Now we bring practitioners the chance to achieve the ultimateblend of strength and flexibility for both body and mind.

My aim as a Yoga teacher is to facilitate each student's personal Yoga journey. Anything I teach is adapted to suit and benefit the individual and I particularly enjoy the challenge (and rewards!) ofworking with students of different ages and abilities, including those with health conditions, limited mobility or injuries. The natural environment for this subtle, student centred approach is a small group or one-to-one setting, which is what my teaching has gradually evolved towards.
