I first discovered the wonderful benefits of yoga in 1998. I felt so strongly that I wanted to share these experiences with others that I went on to train as a yoga teacher in 2001 with SUNRA. Aftersome years I decided to expand my knowledge to a more hands on approach. I trained in Thai yoga massage, an obvious companion to yoga, with METTA. During a trip to Goa I came across Indian head massage and felt inspired to add this to my repertoire.

I am a regular contributor to the BBC, Elephant Journal, Huffington Post and Om Magazine on this topic and am writing a book about teens and yoga. I love to present and contribute to radio shows too.My main interest at the moment is how we avoid and deconstruct the brutalisation of boys through empowering girls and women. I see yoga as so much more than postures. I see mindful yoga as a lifestyle, a way of empowering and enriching our lives on every level.
