In Vinyasa Flow yoga, practitioners are encouraged to synchronise the breath and movement while floating dynamically yet graciously throughout a series of poses. Poses come from traditions of Hatha Yoga as well as modern forms of yoga that target and explore particular movement required for proper alignment and strength. Vinyasa Flow classes help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, precision, stamina, co-ordination and grace.
