Julie Wraight

Yoga has been a part of my life for many years now. I have experienced a profound change in the way my body feels and moves during that time. I have also experienced a considerable change in my way of thinking. The practice of Yoga has certainly helped me to improve and understand the integration of mind and body and become more aware of my natural breathing. I would like this chance to thank all of the exceptional teachers that have given me guidance throughout my journey with yoga so far, and my current teacher, Pete Blackaby, who has a wonderful integration of wisdom and compassion.

My teaching comes from my exploration of the remarkable teaching I have received from all of them. As teachers we evolve and at the moment I feel have developed a coherent approach to yoga that I am very happy to share with others. It is my belief that yoga is for all, we welcome anyone to join us and you can experience it for yourself.
